Berlin, 2019. He is a player in my theatre group. In the second year, three months before the performance, he suddenly disappears. My last text message: „Please don't disappear." His reply: „I think thats exactly what i'm gonna do!"
What precedes the photo series: an escape across the English Channel – after seven years of seeking refuge and being denied in Germany.
